Vegan Kimchi
Ingredients 1 chinese (napa) cabbage 1 garlic head broken into cloves, and then chopped (the whole thing, not one clove) 1 bunch of green onions diced 1/2 c. red hot peppers (powder is in large flakes, a.k.a. "kim chi red pepper", available at Asian food markets) 1 1/2 t. salt 1 t. sugar Directions 1. Wash cabbage thoroughly, leaf by leaf. 2. Chop cabbage and put in large pot. 3.
